I'm currently talking to Jin. He was taken when he was working in Paris at a cafe in Bon Nouvelle. His brother was murdered after Jin left Japan for Paris. Both Anne and Jin's brothers owed people money, and their businesses were going under, that's why they got killed. I've havent narrowed down a time yet, but Jin can't really remember.

EDIT: It seems that everything Anne told me, even names, is exactly what Jin remembers... Anne told me her brother was called Niall Umbridge, her step-father (Niall's dad) was called Jack. I told Jin and he said "No, that is my life" Their mother's killed their real fathers in self defence because he used to beat them. I'm thinking that whoever took them has implanted this story. If you have contact with Lisa, just ask her what her last memories are before the taking. Don't give anything away.

Hmm, Ok I'm talking with lisa but she doesn't seem able to remember much. Not nearly as much as the others at least, by the sound of it. I know she had a partner and kids and lived in Surrey, England and that presumerably they're still here.

Also she said she's becoming wary of Anne as she seems reluctant to talk about her past...

Ok new insight on the note:

If all doors show the sign It could be 'the logo' however.....

The arrow could be seen as a compass (please correct me I don't know the word). That would make it a very crude, messed up map. The logo's are in some maps the sign for a gate. Being on doors would make some kind of sense.

looks like too many A's to make anything. and also wasn't there some movie or book or something with Mr. Munchen in it? The name sounds really familar.

Edit: I remember now it was from the black house by peter straub and stephen king he was some demon thing who helped this serial killer kill people and was the name of Albert Fish's friend another word for the monday man.
