I think we should let Munchen take Jordan's body.

Perhaps there's a way to 'flush' the Servers of souls? Not destroy, but empty them all without more being taken? Place all into babies bodies, or whatever happens normally, but keep the amount finite so eventually all will be saved (including Anne).

this may be bringing us to munchen and the multiple
personality disorder part of our story --

Alright, I'm flip-flopping and saying that it's not a good idea to ask about ream.html. Here's why:

ream.html was almost certainly posted by Jordan. It was his spelling mistakes that lead us there in the first place, supposedly in order to find page 66. This leads me to believe 2 things:

A) If the person telling us to ask a question isn't Jordan, then they probably wouldn't know the answer to ream.html since it's Jordan's puzzle.
B) There might not be anything left for us to do at ream.html! Think about it. The text says "Never think with your eye..." What do your eyes lead you to on that page? The text box. Instead, we found page 66 by clicking the hidden link. So the text box may have just been a decoy! The only thing that makes me wonder is the "If you give the right information..." text. I don't know.

Anyway, because of both of those things, I now think asking about ream.html would be a waste. If the person behind the door is really someone other than Jordan, we supposedly have a new contact to deal with. My suggestions for a question:

"How can you help us stop Jordan and free the souls trapped in the servers?"
That could lead to a very good answer. It could lead to: "I can't" Who knows?

born beyond belief?"
(maybe all the answers will be there)
and if its munchen or jordan or whoever is behind this question proposal, they would be able to tell us--

In light of the person NOT being Jordan, I suggest we ask what Caspian suggested.

Labie, your question is ok.. but we've got no proof the rest of the book has all the answers, and it may be coming later anyway, regardless of the question asked.

Or perhaps it'll only come if we ask for it. Darn it.

Agreed, let's send it today. Just in case Jordan is playing with us, I don't think I should be the contact for this one. If Jordan was lying or playing dumb and that email really is going to him, I'd be blowing my cover.

I suggest that the person to send it doesn't put anything in the email other than the question. Don't even sign it. We know nothing about this new contact. Let's not give him or her too much info yet.

Alright, so we don't really know if all our characters so far are alternate personalities of this patient, do we? I mean, are we talking about someone who has had their body taken over by souls from the server or is everything a figmemt of this poor person?

Let's pretend for a moment that helping someone to kill off all their multiple personalities. Who is the real one? Jordan? Munchen? Someone we haven't met? I say we continue correspondance with this Gene and find out if there are key things we need to do to assist this patient.

I'm not going to help 'kill' off personalities. That's the short story. Lisa was a harmless personality, and as such her being 'killed off' by medication suggests the medication isn't doing much good, much more dangerous things are happening in there.

Jordan sounds like he is the voice of the Medication. In whoever's mind this is, the Jordan personality is created from the Medication's perspective, it is his job to remove the unwanted personalities. But it is also his job to collect more. Thus either he is the voice of the disease as well... OR the medication is making whoever's mind this is WORSE.

I will however help people escape the server.

The server ideology Jordan suggested when a body is replaced by only one Matzai makes sense, in that you can only have one personality.

Though... D'oh.. schizophrenia isn't the same as multi-personality disorder. But oh well... let's run with that for now.
