There you go, not tricky to find and I don't even live Belfast.

Again, you can work this out using the amazing power of Googling for Fanboy3: http://tinyurl.com/dwtu9 Magic.

I was interested in pushing my local gaming/comic book shop into carrying the cards, so I mailed info @ perplex fFor some hard data. I stated I can give the shop some cards to explain the idea, but is there anything else I can tell them?

Here's the reply:

Hi Scott,

We now have a distributor to handle the sale of cards to shops. If
you contact them with the details of your local shop, they will call
them up, explain the concept, and set up an account for them. The
person you need to contact to do this is Michelle, and you can reach
her at XXXXXXSPLATXXXXXXXXXX.XXX*, and on +44 1903 730 998.

Thanks for getting in touch,

So today after work I'm going to swing by my local shop, cards in hand, and chat em up, see if they'd even be receptive to the idea. Then I'll contact Michelle and have her give em a proper, well armed sales call.

*I've removed the email address so as to fFurther protect poor michelle fFrom all sorts of needless junk mail. PM me with serious inquiries and I'll share that address with you if you'd like.

I'm amazed that their are only 2 Scottish retailers, and they are both so far north. The sun barely rises up there! Smile

After confusing the Saturday assistant and being looked at strangely for not being attired head to foot in black with goth-esque make-up I have discovered that Forbidden Planet International in Wolverhampton DOES NOT stock cards Sad
And postage from Firebox is cheaper than a train ticket to Birmingham!

Hey amliag, I'm from Wolves too!!!, though I go to uni in Bham. I was just about to mail retail splat blah blah to give them the details of Another World (yeah, I know it's now forbidden planet, but still...).

EDIT: - I've just sent MC the contact details for Another World...fingers crossed!!!

Hi everyone this is the first ARG I've ever taken part in. It's crazy all the things you have to look for and into. I can't believe I never heard of this type of thing before!

Anyway, they are now stocking cards in Travelling Man in the Corn Exchange in Leeds. Didn't spot it on the list. And the assistant said they only got them late last week. Packs cost £2.49. Is this good? Don't know if this means they will have them in their other stores...

I was in there last Wednesday buying comics and saw the Perplex City cards on the desk and was intruiged so asked about them. The guy explained and I've been reading all the stuff on the net for hours each night!

Well I'd thought I'd ask Forbidden Planet in London about next wave PPC Cards.

They were incredibly helpful, the lady I asked for every type of help imaginable (could cards contact me please, could toys contact me please etc etc...)

In the end it seemed that no one knew anything about them, just that the box appeared on the counter and they started to sell them...

Having not heard of Gamers Realm in Dublin, i checked on the internet, and there doesnt seem to be one. The only Gamers realm i can find in the Republic of Ireland is in Galway, which would be a strange place to sell them, as theres not a huge amount of Irish players involved with perplex to the best of my knowledge, and if there are more out there,, then they wud most likely be in Dublin.

So could you clarify this one Juxta, thanks in advance

Beglee: I'm afraid I cannot confirm or deny any more than that list...or else, I'd be forced to kill you....

*shifty eyes*

Well, alright, perhaps not quite *that* drastic. I'm afraid I don't know any more than you on Gamers Realm, when I received the list it had only that information, no postcode or street name - I actually did exactly what you tried and searched the 'net for it, and came up with the same results.

Can I recommend a quick phonecall to the one in Galway to see if they stock them, before making a trip there? They might also be affilliated to the one in Dublin, or be able to give you contact details for them. If you do get any more information on this place, just drop me a PM and I'll update the original post to reflect it,

Cheers
J

N.B. The main PxC site has now been updated to incorporate this listing - but no further details on Gamers Realm.

I can confirm that they're selling the cards at Hamleys in London and, me being the shutterbug that I am, here's the visual proof:

I still have to check out the stores in Oxford though. I can't believe they're selling them at Shepherd and Woodward- (http://www.shepherdandwoodward.co.uk/acatalog/) -they sell academic regalia! I guess it will give the professors something to chew over while they're having their embroidered sleeve measurements taken...

No ones mentioned 'They Walk Among Us' in Richmond (Southwest London) for the usual price. P.S. Be warned, when you go there it will be like the comic book shop from The Simpsons just without the fat guy.
