The clip in Spider's First is of the bar fight with Lucy. (link not dead, maybe overtired). HHM specc'd that the sound of digging in The Curse is the victime being made to dig his own grave, which also gives him time to set a curse in heavy gothic font.

Vic showed up to play poker and specifically asked about the curse on the gun. Which is playing now in the flash in the new room, The Curse. Nobody had transcribed it or posted in the forums altho some was available in chat. Here's what I've got but it is incomplete:

Spill my blood upon this [sand?]
& a curse will follow you
& your sons
& the sons of your sons
With my dying breath
I will take the gift of Eve from them
So they will not know
Good
from
Evil
Until my blood
has been unspilled
and my death unmade
and furthermore *bang* ~~[big gap if there is more text after this, I haven't seen it]~~ I think the killer cuts him off, so to speak.

Vic very interested in this as it relates to Kerry.
Implies the gun makes people bad by taking away their good.
Wonders how we can unspill someone's blood or unmake this guy's death.

edit - thanks to HHM for finding the missing line. AND to hmrpita for pointing out my fingers typed something different than I intended. Really. Smile

And the full quote seems to confirms that it is Kerry we are discussing - the man who realizes he does not know who is wrong and who is right.

Ben Rojas has said that he didn't know if LCP was heaven or not. But for an evil person such as Spider, it can certainly be a hell or some kind of severe punishment. This may be because she was involved with Don, who was obsessing over it, or just because she's some crazy lesbian ninja.

As for the curse, I am not sure I understand it, but it definitely seems to be a problem we need to solve. It must be Kerry because as soon as he got the Gun he changed. His whole way of referring to himself changed in a way that startled me. He lost his confusion - almost completely- and became the man of action.

A puzzle for us is to tell him how to solve it.

Maybe that is what we need to relay to Kerry on the voicemail?

I think she has killed before. Her cold blooded shooting of Lisa was too "easy" for that to have been her first.
