I wonder if it's supposed to be referring to a Lunar Oxygen module. This OOG site has some pretty pictures talking about a possible LUNOX mission. If it is a LUNOX module - does this mean Orbicon has landed on the moon (and has started mining it) without telling anyone?

 		I sent a message to CART through the flyer submission asking if it was something I needed to research for my future protests, if it was inconsequential, or something even they hadn't recognized until now. Have to wait to see if they reply.

 		The photo used in the flyer 4th from the left looks like a higher resolution version of the one found on NASA's website:
http://science.nasa.gov/headlines/images/spaceelevator/seg.jpg
(probably also the original source file for the header image on orbiconcorp.com)
I suspect that the little sticker on the craft was part of the original photo (NASA would probably also use the Lunar Oxegen Module in their version of an orbital station).
