[NEW WEBSITE] Seaside Press

Following updates in the Sentinal there was a link to this new site

http://www.seaside-press.com/

There's nothing hugely interesting there but if you send an email to Ellen Moriyama about submitting a manuscript you recieve an automated message back.

Quote:
Thank you for your interest in publishing your work with Seaside Press. If you are interested in submitting a manuscript, please send it to this email address, preferably as a plain text file attachment. It may take some time for us to reach a decision, so please be patient.

If you have already submitted a manuscript and are wondering about its status, we will try to reply to you within a few days.

Thank you again for your interest in working with Seaside Press.

Maybe Ellen is V!!!!

Eoin McGuire's is:

Thank you for your interest in Seaside Press and our current list of books. Our system has detected that you are contacting us from an area outside our distribution range. Seaside Press publications may yet be available in your area; please contact a local bookseller to see if specially imported titles are available.

and Scott LeHaye's is:

Thank you for your interest in Seaside Press, and in our signings and other public events. We apologise, but our system has detected that there are no upcoming events in your area. Your interest has been noted, and we will take it into consideration in scheduling future events.

Good Morrow!
Has anyone yet attempted to send a manuscript?
If not, it is a distinct possibility that I shall send some form of document, be it a short story, an essay, or merely a copy of my term paper outline.
Good Day!

Yes, I've sent two short stories I've previously written-one of which really isn't suitable for this sort of game though; so far I've had nothing back.

Ah. I might as well have a go at it, as well. Good luck on publication!

Perhaps the winning Civil War entry could be submitted, Jay? I'm certain Perplex Citizens would be facinated to learn of our interpretations of their history.

At http://www.seaside-press.com/books.html
Other Titles:
Quote:
· The Key to His Heart - In the latest outing of Colin Tideyman's well-loved sleuth, Professor Bernard Kaffir, Bernard is called to the home of an old friend who has been conducting a key-based love affair. But when his friend is found dead, Bernard must follow the tangled web of technology to discover who might have had a motive for murder!

Sounds vaguely familiar, doesn't it?
It makes me wonder if Colin Tideyman knows something about Pietro Salk's investigation and murder.
Pietro loved his wife, so the 'key-based love affair' bit may be Tideyman's perception or literary licence.
