 		Possible new lead: 10641
Greetings from a casual gamer and first-time poster. My apologies if I make any errors or mention anything already known.

This link was recently posted on Metafilter ( http://www.metafilter.com/ ) : http://www.10641.com/

My first thought on seeing this was that it was some time of viral marketing or ARG. It looks too professional and contains too many clues to be anything but. Does anyone know what this is? Searches on Google and here turn up nothing. Ideas?

 		I believe, if I am reading the site correctly, that you have found what is called a "black site". These were mentioned in numerous newspapers around the world.

If you check out the link at the bottom to the my space account you will see that it is some sort of civil rights things.

 		I really don't think that video is legit. The dialogue is laughably chessy, the video quality is to good, and besides nobody would actually record doing that.

That's what these "black sites" are all about... the rights of people picked up in the middle of a conflict and how we ("we" being the United States and it's allies) should not torture (if that's what you can call what I was seeing) people to get information.

I won't give my personal opinion of such things only because I do not want to start a debate where such subject matter does not belong. However, being the person that I am, I will say that the trouble that this individual is having with getting people to "spread the word" about the videos seems to reflect other people's feelings about them.

And as far as it being an ARG? I don't know if I could get involved with something that starts out this way.

And they have to record such things so that nothing is missed during the interview that may be important later on. It's hard to right down notes when you're busy throwing someone to the floor.

 		Watching these videos, the dialogue is scripted.

The person in the white shirt is saying his lines like from a script. He's pausing un-naturally and the other person is doing that "fake moan" we've all heard before.

I don't know what this is, but that video isn't real.

Also, they mention secret interrogation centers at Groom Lake in Nevada... Oh boy, an Area 51 reference?
