 		newbie here
Confused hey im a newbie to this arg thing. have read all the info n rules n stuff n now i dnt kno which game to start. was thinkin of alias but decided ther might b too much catchin up 2 do. got any idea

There are lots of games currently running, and others that are waiting to start. Check out the section titled "ARGs with Potential" for ones that are in the early stages, and "Games Rumors and Diviersions," for news of ones that might be starting in a bit.

If you have time you might also want to check out the player tutorial, and imbri's quickstart guide.

Magesteff has some really good suggestions there. I just have one thing to add. If you want a game to jump on board now, I'd suggest Orbital Colony, because there is a metasite made by the PMs, explaining a little about the game, as well as a player-created wiki to help you get up to speed quickly. Also, this game has been in development for a long time, which means it's likely to be well-designed and carefully thought-out.

Generally, the larger and more popular the game, the more player-created resources there are, and player-created resources are often a big help in catching up with what's already happened and keeping up with updates.

Also, Orbital Colony just launched, so you won't have missed too much.
