Im going to say that the MtEgypt (the guy with the album) is probably OOG. His site seems too high quality for this to be in game.

EDIT: I found this album called Battening the Hatches. Coincidence?

Got back: The KCPD-11 site is at the moment completely unavailable, due to the fact that our webhost has been having severe problems. As I have said, we have been trying diligently to resolve the issues at hand.

Well, problems aren't getting any better, thought you'd like to know. We are informing all of the customers that it seems the encryptive data that is sent across various channels via the sattelites has been corrupted.
