UPDATE: Due to overwhelming demand which has seen over 600 players register for this event, we are now closing it to further signups. Since our venue has a capacity of approximately 200, this means that not all players who have already emailed us will be able to take part. However, we are planning future events in the UK, so check please check this website for updates. Within the next week, we will be emailing to confirm whether or not you have a space at the event.
Team sizes will be between 4 and 6 players. We recommend 6 players, because this means more people can be involved in the games.
The date of the event is Saturday February 25th, and will last from 12pm to approximately 6pm.
The starting location will be in central London, and will have wheelchair access.

Its certainly going to be divisive and some noses will be put out of joint. Its annoying, I had already signed up with a team of 8, now two of us will have to drop out even if we all get invited, and people like my wife, who was just going to come with me, will not get to come at all, because she didn't send her own mail.

 		Where are you getting the update? There's nothing posted in News, and you haven't said where the info comes from?

It means all teams are off, as we need to wat and see who is accepted. I second the idea of a team thread, especially as I was coming down solo...if I still get to come and play, oh frac I forgot TINAG sorry...

 		Bit concerned now that I will have to come solo and leave the people behind who wanted to come along but arent playing the game and didnt send an email to signup...actually 1 doesnt even have the net, lol.

Although officially only 200 places are open, doesnt meant the teams could expand slightly unofficially, it is a free country after all.....

Just what I was thinking. I would combine the live even with visiting friends and if I'm staying with them I can't really say oh thanks, now I'm off on a treasure hunt that you're not allowed to come to, see you later.
