Well, from a film I've never seen to one I've watched a lot:

Yay, James Coburn! Duck! Shocked

The Great Escape is one of my all-time favorites.

Kindly pause for a moment whilst I reshuffle my collection in an attempt to replace this, which was pretty much my next choice for screenshottery.

Is this the 'bit with a dog' from Shakespeare in Love?

That dog knows how to act

You see, now that dog was much more recognizable than the one I posted, because he was in costume Smile

Apocalypse Earlier

While I suspect that the filmmaker, in composing this shot, was going for an Apocalypse Now reference, this is (obviously) from another film. And anyhow, Apocalypse Now has been used previously (see the List) in our game.

That's one striking cigar right there...so I figure it's Carl Weathers in Predator! How about that?

Right movie, wrong actor

It is Predator (well done!), but that's not Carl Weathers ... he doesn't get out of the chopper (because he's already there, waiting in the back room). What other notably cigar-chomping, muscle-bound fellow can you think of who was in that film? And I'll give you a hint: He has never been the Governor of Minnesota (that's another muscle-bound actor in Predator, but I don't know if he smokes cigars, although his character does chew tobacco).

Oh yeah, I remember...it's the other way around. That's "Conan the Republican" getting out of the chopper, then! Smile

Next up, beautiful cinematography in this one...probably not too hard:

You are correct, it is the Governator.

And on the topic at hand, I love Collateral. And in particular this moment in the film that you've chosen.

EDIT: Alright, I found some Collateral coyote pics on the Web that I think constitute confirmation, so I'll go on:
