Fairly certain it is. Funny how a single string of lights can trigger a memory like that.

-EDIT- After watching the trailer fot Chocolat on youtube and seeing both those shots were from it, I'll post the next. Sorry about the quality, I'm having trouble tracking down better stuff, but for now here's one taken off youtube.
