 		I seem to remeber this.. isn't it some kung-fu-ish movie but then more slapsticky? It is still pretty vague but given time it will come back to me.

 		wigs definitely played a part in the movie.... If you haven't figured it out from the pic yet, that "guy" isn't really a guy. The part was played by an actress.

That would be two major hints if you had seen the movie. Should I give a more obvious one?
