that desktop holds many clues to the time period. The multi-line phone, the intercom, the calendar... that tray looks like most of the day pages have already been flipped, putting the date maybe in december. What is that other device to its left, with a phone handset? The back wall has portraits, like an FBI office might have? But the desk blotter and pen set look more like what an executive would use. Intriguing!
