I know the taxi is the wrong colour from the main one used in this movie but the lighting in this pic made me think 'Collateral'?

, I recognised the second image but couldn't figure out where from but somehow remembered it was from a Denzel Washington film, been wracking my brain all day and was thinking 'Fallen' but had a google search when I got home from work and I'm sure it's 'The Bone Collector'.
