Oops! Sorry, sorry, I had forgot I had guessed and I never thought I was gonna be right. This one shouldn't be too hard and I don't think the movie has come up yet (at least it didnt show up in a search). If it has, sorry again!

But of course I do. I can't tell you how much it made my night yesterday when I saw a ferret on How I Met Your Mother. It was so cute!

Lemme guess... something European? Hmm, the cars don't have the steering wheel on the "wrong" side of the car...

(obviously I don't know enough about European license plate formats -- use that in a future ARG puzzle!)

The "H" at the beginning would show it to be a license plate from Hungary. IIRC their cars have the steering wheel on the same side as the American cars

Umm... except for the UK and Ireland, no European countries have the steering wheel on the "wrong" side...

It might well be a Hungarian license plate btw, if so, it's one from before 2004, because since then, Hungarian plates follow the standard EU format, as shown here. Also, the fact that it is a yellow plate would suggest it is a "commercial vehicle" as private vehicles in Hungary should have white plates, at least all the ones from 1990.

Ahhh...good to be back! (the forum, I mean...)

Giskard is totally right about the plate, except that I don't think it's yellow (to my eyes, that's just the lighting in the tunnel). Also, I think the Hungarian pre-EU plates looked exactly the same as the new ones, just without the EU-identifier on the left...

I'd rather say that this is a Russian license plate, which would make that a stillshot from Nochnoy Dozor/Night Watch.

How about that?

Hooray.

Mikeyj, if you like and you've got a good one, you're welcome to jump in and take my turn.

I don't want to stall the game too much (we get enough of that as it is), so I'll check back in a few hours. If you haven't posted till then, I'll just take that as a "Pah!" and bump this with a shiny new still myself...'k?
