my guess

A helicopter war movie that I liked:

Black Hawk Down

Oh well I just saw the tank in this one. I'm trying to remember the movie. But I did like it, the book too. :

He is correct -- you can do a Google image search to see the match.

I'm pretty sure it's Frailty.

Even if not, that movie was great.

Alright, I confirmed I was right via IMDB, so I'll post the next one to keep things going.

Here's one that shouldn't be THAT hard to track down, even if you don't know the movie. But I recommend this flick if you like your comedy a little dark.

ok... here's a classic toon ... I want to say an early version of mixing live acting with animation for a few scenes. I loved this movie as a child and hope to find it on dvd soon for the kids - if you have a good version of it on PC lemme know Wink

alright people, i request that you stop posting the hard ones in the middle of the night when i get to look at them for hours with no clue and no one is awake to get clues from. And stop posting the easy ones in the middle of the day when my continent is asleep and I can't partake in the guessing.

*sob* i'm never gonna get one.

sniffle.

The cook, the thief, his wife and her lover?

(ok, an oddness, the site I checked for the correct title to this movie -popped-up a link to a recipe search page, which if you've seen the movie, is a bit disconcerting.)

so to get it out of my mind: I'm guessing two films that can't possibly be correct but they make me feel better to think about...like puppies, big fluffy puppies...

Big Night?

or

Babette's Feast?

You could go my route and just guess movies that you like that are tangentially related to the image, or the lack thereof, whichever the case may be.

It worked once and arguably twice. Smile

But then it sounds as if you actually know a number of movies, so you may not need to take this route.
