I personally think we shouldn't mail Violet for several reasons.
1) We questioned whether she is reliable or not many times before.
2) She is in an emotional state after the dealth of Cymbalisty.
3) If she finds Kurt dead, we may have her sinking into depression and/or madness, and we NO CHANCE whatsoever of finding anything more out about the Grainier Diary.
4) Gillit Road may be being watched. She may get killed also. (If Kurt is dead.) Or worse, she gets captured because the 3P assume that Violet is another one of our contacts, and she may know details.
5)If Kurt has been captured or killed by the 3P, he's a prominent citizen of Perplex City. They will know he's part of the CRT and everyone in the CRT (and Violet and Scarlett) are at risk because they may think he's been sent there on a CRT mission.
Well, if worse comes to worse, "Blog's from Violet's Padded Cell" could make an intersting read. I hope Kurt isn't dead beacuse I really don't think she could cope with another death in the same week.
Then again, I could be talking utter rubbish! We can speculate all day!
Jo

I see two scenarios:
1. He's dead.
2. He's not dead.
Where are you putting your money?
(After crying DOOOOOOM!!! for the last week, I'm making a last-minute not-death bed repentance and going for "He's not dead"... however, I retain the right to say "I told you so" if he does turn up dead... )
EDIT: I'm now cackling madly because I just came up with the phrase "Schrodinger's Kurt" ...

So you are covering both bases then I'm getting the feeling he may not be dead too, missing, perhaps, transported to Earth? That would make a nice plot twist, unlikely though...

Please...for the love of <insert deity of choice>....make the bad punnage stop... It was bad enough having to endure "Death would certainly Kurt-ail his career" and "It looks like it could be Kurt-ains"...and now this...I swear, if it doesn't stop, I'm going to the European Kurt of Human Rights.

And! I think it's a certainty that Violet will suffer some emotional trauma if he is dead. She went to pieces over Cymbalisty for goodness sake! And she didn't even like him that much! I believe the word she used to describe Cymbalisty was "slimey".
Nuff said.

Cackling away at everyone's worries and frustrations at not knowing what happened when they can tell us at anytime they want to. Damn Puppet masters.
