Sorry about the silence, I've been rather busy at work (where I usually post from)

I got the proof on Tuesday, made my changes and sent the updated pdf yesterday.

I gotta say, the cover looks amazing.

Thank you for sending us a revised copy of your file. We've already arranged for a second proof to come to you, and you should, again, be receiving it within the next week or so. Please do let us know if it doesn't arrive.

You may also be pleased to know that the book has received a warm reception in Perplex City. Our public relations staff is trying to get a major piece about it in the Sentinel, but apparently all the space for Earth news is currently being eaten up by the Earth PCAG championships.

All my best,
Ellen Moriyama

Hopefully I caught all the issues. If not, at least I have a second shot at em. I'll keep everyone updated.

Got the second proof yesterday, there were a couple minor things, I don't think a thrid proof will be necessary.

Hmm, hows bout something along the lines of 'Closest you'll ever get to Earth' (a little snobbish that one if emphasis is put on you'll, so maybe not) or 'Earth has never been so close'?

Oh, or 'Earth is only a page turn away...'

I like "Earth has never been so close."

I can't wait for this book to come out Smile It's easier to read everything on paper than on the wiki.

So, can anyone save me some reading and summarise this for me please?

Basically:

Is this book going to be, like, a story-so-far thing, or a guide to Perplex City, both, more?

Is it going to be available in the shops?

If so, when and how much will it cost?

Thanks,

cruse4

Search is your friend...and so is the wiki
