Oh durrr, I'll just make another post:
an apparent legal document that the Agonist got from Isabella's family's lawyers

Huh. Or something.

Oh, it's a lark, I'm betting. Let me point out that the fact that a lawyer represents a particular client is not protectible information (no attorney-client privilege for that datum), and that if there were truly confidential information in the body of the letter, that is what should be blacked out. Blacking out Sean Paul's address is a reasonable step to protect privacy (assuming he's real too) but I see nothing in the letter indicating the lawyers even asked for privacy, not that they're entitled to it (if this was real). So covering the name (and presumably the offices/cities) in the header of the letter only serves the purpose of not implicating a real law firm in this game.

I was an enthusiastic lurker during The Beast, but haven't taken part in any other game... Been a lurker here a little while and.. this mightn't be anything... but...
there's this blog http://flightrisk.blogspot.com/ which has only two entries the last of which is 4 days before Isabella disappeared (could have just been the author's test blog =)...
Isabella was the name of Enrico's house in the Beast... and his 'sexbot' Venus was a Mark V...
Or maybe I'm reading too much into it?!

I did not play the Beast originally, but have reviewed much of the ARG.

I just searched for 'flight risk' on Google as I hadn't saved her blog in my favorites. I found that site.
In some respects I don't care if this is real or not or a game or not or a draft of a novel or not. I just want to find out more!
Other interesting things:
This Agonist article which talks about Liesel Pritzker. It said that 'Isabella' "either knew or knew of Liesel."
So I looked into where Liesel went to school. It turns out it's New Trier in Illinois. Another famous alumnus from New Trier is Scott Turow lawyer and author of lawyer-based books, including Presumed Innocent...
Could it be?
Also, I searched for some of the names she mentioned that weren't in quotes - namely Darcy Hall (no real luck) and Chad Kiley. His name turned up on this site (scroll down). There's a phone number...

I'm in touch w her.
She pointed out that
1. the Fort Wayne thing was from the bit on the left side of the blog.
2. *None* of the names she uses are real.
3. She *has* spent time in Chicago.
She visited my website and mentioned a specific page. I went into my access log. Found her IP. And traced her.
I know where she is (I think). She's not in the States... not in South America, not in the Carribean. In Europe. And that's all I will say... because if there's even a slight chance that it's real... I don't want her safety to be compromised...

I haven't mailed her for a few days, though. Not sure if 'she' will reply. You can try.
