OK n00b coming through and posting off current topic!

I've run a search on Timmy and found nothing, I know it probably is nothing, but nonetheless, has anyone else wondered why 2 Hesh employees (Bobby Giacomo & Mike Starter) have a picture of the same cat in their public files? Who is Timmy?

Roommates? The cat is a Hesh Records office cat (like the many independent bookstores that have store cats)?

Have we established exactly why those 15 names were in the composers list? It has been stated here and on the wiki that we all went to the Clapham event, but we didn't give our names then did we?
Is there anything else we all did? Did we all contribute to the Tales from Earth book?
Also, on a side note, Could our surnames be relevant? Maybe there is a code in our full names? I know this could be seen as arbitary spec, but it seems like there was a reason for those 15 names.

I thought they'd just chosen players who had been with the game for a while, had emailed Kurt, had some role in getting Monica wasted, that sort of thing...

Out of interest, am I the only one to have had some sort of Monica-related nightmare? Had a dream where I walked out of a lift and into a room to see a woman was lying on the floor with her internal organs sat on top of her.

/me shudders

Well off topic. Last week I had a dream about a group of Muslims playing in Pat Sharp's Fun house...they burst an inflatable bouncy castle with a knife and Irshad Manji had to come and clam them down a bit.

I've just listened to the track. It sounded like 'V' was trying to slap Monica to death, and then, it sounded like he started to hit her with a folding chair (a la WWE). Altogether quite amusing from the [TIAG] standpoint but very upsetting from the [TINAG] standpoint.

I'm a newbie here and am trying to catch up. I don't know if this will be any use but I read this in a previous interview with Alejo Jackson in the Sentinel. It's probably crap and will not help but thought you may get something from it. It is talking about the day the cube went missing and Alejo was recording in the studio. It names others who worked on the album.

Though the story has a distinctly apocryphal flavour to it, Jackson admits that it is true. "The music doesn't wait until it's convenient, you know? It seems natural to us, but I suppose not everyone has that same kind of drive. It's intense. You can't fight it." He grimaces and, looking down, puts his hands into his pockets. "Of course, we had trouble getting a crew together that day. Lulu [Hayashi, a Hesh talent assistant] and Jinhing [McGovern, a Hesh sound engineer] never even showed up that day. Even Cyrus [Quinton, another Hesh sound engineer], our most reliable guy, showed up like two hours late."

Tell me to butt out if its crap!

See, it's on the basis of that (post above) that I thnk that Cyrus (=V) doesn't work at the Academy, but has a contact there(Big Boss? As suggested earlier).

I still don't trust Sente. I just don't like the cut of his jib...

And as for Sanjean, there's those fairly suspicious leaked emails to consider [http://wiki.incognitus.net/ppc/index.php/Leaked_E-mails], and not forgetting the fact that he lives in a house with the Third Power symbol everywhere! [http://www.quirkyacuity.com/archives/2005/11/some_news.html]
Although that may be a bit too obvious a guess? Never can tell in this game... I mean, investigation [TINAG]...

But then again there are so many people in the Academy, could be nearly any of them, even ones we know and trust... I'm subscribing to the DTA school of conspiracy theories where V and the 3P are concerned.

Kurt's giving the info over to Helena Frye... eek, I hope it doesn't get him 'disappeared'. I've been toying with the idea for a while that there may be another even more secret society that is at odds with the 3P, Priory of Sion/Opus Dei [in the Da Vinci Code] style.... if so, I think Helena isn't 3P, but a part of the other secret society, and the message was a 3P plant to mess up the other sects plans. That's what I'm thinking at the moment anyway.

Hmmmm... The existence of a more secret society that is 'outing' the 3P does make sense really. The 3P are supposed to be this top secret organisation that has existed almost unknown in the city for centuries and yet suddenly we come along and seem to be able to penetrate the depths of the organisation with worryingly simplicity. This really only makes sense if we are being prompted and assisted by forces unknown.

3P are also puppets? I like this idea.

Yeah, I threw it out as an idea a couple of days ago.... mainly because it is such a tried and tested storytelling device. Its also one of the few effective ways to avoid really bad deus ex machina in a story with secret societies that have been hidden for ceturies, and suddenly are revealed in all of their glory etc etc.

Basically it seems like a very logical direction to go for me after reading far too much fantasy, SF and other general stories etc.
