As a guess, I would say the "Six" in question refers to the six sides of a cube.

Juxta, cass, I've been wrestling with the difference between the two Brotherhoods fFor months and months. Since we have actually only one actual reference to a "Brotherhood in Old Town", I am merging with the popular belief that Violet was simply meaning to refer to the Brotherhood (Of the six), which is in Old Town. The wiki should probably be clarified on this point, except that we just arent sure exactly what she meant to say. It would be ever so handy if the sisters fFlynnt were to give us a little more info, straight fFrom the horse's mouth.

Based on Violet's post, I'd say...

It's not that there's "The Brotherhood of the Six (past)" and "The Brotherhood of the Six (present)"...it's just like any religion that's been around for a long time. Ie, "Christian" -> "Protestant", "Anglican", "Catholic", etc.

For PXC, there's two denominations of that one original religion - one smallish splinter group, and one significantly larger one, which resides in Old Town. The smaller one just picked a new name.
