Since we know that bad email Anissa got sent is only part of a message... and we've asked everyone in the free conversation forum if they've gotten anything....

Would it be worth it to have Christian either PM Immersion people or to put a post up in the staff forums, to the effect of, "Intraweb problems", asking if anyone is having problems with their email or whatever?

Thought we should come to a consensus on it before anything is done.

Good idea. Since I sent a message to the Notice Board (boardSPLATrenata-isle.com) and got a response back from Justin (JustinSPLATrenata-isle.com), I emailed Justin to find out when the problems with the intraweb would be fixed (since that was the type of message, apparently, Anissa was receiving when she got the code).

Is it me, or does the game respond to our input?

I mean - we have a couple of puzzles, but we're not making so much headway?

How do we get Nissa to talk about her secret diary?
Where the hell is Nuno?
Why hasn't anything been said about the speech that was delayed?

Shouldn't we be pushing for stuff too?

I haven't gotten any responses to my messages - to Trinity and Murco. I sent twice to Trinity. I also sent something to Rico and Dias complaining about the speech and some other things, just to see if I could get anything out of them.

The lack of response, from Trinity especially, is kind of frustrating, especially since Nissa, Curtis, and other IG characters have been on during that time. Has the whole Alimento opening just been halted?

I don't think Nissa is going to open up about her secret diary on the free conversation board.. maybe through messaging?

If we did message Anissa with Christian... might be able to ask Anissa about the secrets stuff that way. Lying to her dad about it might be different than lying to the random immersion people that asked her if she saw anyone.

Yeah, Karija, I was thinking the same thing, that Anissa might be more open with her father etc. But seriously, the complete lack or responsiveness is really bugging me. When is the windfall tournament, anyway? And the lack of ANY word about the speech after building it up so much suggests that the PMs didn't really have any idea as to what they were going to do with it. Haha, the most interesting that's happened so far was the missing brother episode, which apparently wasn't even in-game. He at least gave us some really genuine character interaction, and some codes and coordinates to boot. The message itself was fairly clear, if anyone remembers.

Well, since I can't get anywhere with the Composer code at this point, you bring up some interesting points, kenji. Too bad the missing brother stuff was OOG.

I sent a couple of messages to the notice board. No dice. I also emailed the person who replied to my messages to the notice board (Justin) and asked about the intraweb problems. No reply.

It seems to me that with the Windfall practice going on at the beach, all of the IG characters have apparently gone to watch. Maybe we'll get something new tomorrow (God, I hope so) after their supposed to be back (guess they don't have WiFi on the island).

As someone mentioned before, I hope there isn't one PM and he just had to take off for exams or something.

The thing that kills me is not being able to break the Composer code or the War and Peace code (since they look sooo similar). I mean, I know that the codes aren't supposed to be easy (cipher to binary to morse to Base64, or some such), but they should at least be breakable without a supercomputer at your disposal. And since none of the more experienced (than me) gamers were or are not able to break either one at this point, I sort of can't wait to see what comes next...

Guess I'm saying I'm hooked. Ugh.

Good luck with the code, ya'll. I'll be away for a week or so (thank you spring break!), but if I get any response to those PMs I sent out to various characters, I'll try to post 'em up here if it is anything interesting.

I have to say, i'm very disappointed with this game. I've contacted both Anissa and Karin- No response.

I have spent hours looking at the composer's puzzle...don't even know what i'm looking for.

NOTHING has happened today, not even a "You guys suck you can't figure out my clue"
