In the paper above the card it says: "THE FIRST 250 CORRECT ENTRIES WILL WIN A PACK OF PUZZLE CARDS".
Maby it allowed the first 250 only.

Nope, there are something like 900 solves, but they've obviously disabled it now because they know noone new could come from the telegraph.

Yeah, I get the same. Maybe it was only valid for a couple of days.
