The whipsmart flovours are :

I think the design links are OOG, Lunatik says its New York Based.
However, if youre looking for Perplex City based design firms, you could do worse than:-

whipsmart- another thing I think the audio puzzle idea may be a good one - the sheep is saying something that sounds like 'sing for the cows' Hmmm
Also, in the company history, the newspaper ad is really interesting. The headline is hard to read ("In a place with few parks a push to claim a cursor"?) but the picture itself - seems to be in an urban plaza, and the building behind the cow looks a bit like thet building across the street from the one from which the postcard 'balcony' picture was made (I had to lighten it up a lot to see this, tho)
Could that be the academy the cow is standing infront of?

I love how the cows are bred for their puzzle solving skills.

I second that the design sites are OOG.
Audio puzzle? *Thwaps school's lack of speakers or headphones* Without knowing there was sound, I was thinking you may have had to select each tree in an order. I tried the giving the trees on the pasture a number, 1 to 10, from left to right. I moved my cursor over each one to spell out the first ten digits of e but got nothing. Worth a try.

why does the furthest-away right-hand tree have a sparkly- jingly-jangly effect?

The rainbow has the sparkly effect. As you move your cursor near the tree it crosses the rainbow.
