hey, as suggested on Saturday night, the official unofficial Perplex City Barbeque will be taking place at some point when the weather gets warmer!

My local butcher (for local people) even makes square burgers - I shall attempt to make a cube-burger, and post results. I could even put cheese inside... we're pushing the envelope, people!

That makes you more mental that the B6.

hey, I'm not doing it for any quasi-religious beliefs - I'm doing it to see if it's possible. Because it's there...

It's like the culinary equivalent of climbing Mount Everest.

In that case you need a plan of attack-I would grill each face moderately rather than grill two sides slowly and then the other four quickly or maybe some sort of a cube kebab. You would also need to crack open about three eggs into the meat to ensure it binds correctly...I sense a three month long conversation.

Actually, the cube watermelon thing is quite intresting. They grow them in square clear boxes, so they are confined to the space. Makes them easier to pack, and stops them rolling around and bruising in transit.

The same thing can be done with tomatoes. That will be my contribution to the barbeque!

Has anyone else got any video footage hanging about from Saturday as it would be nice to put together a video of the whole day from the perpective of the players and spectators. What we have so far can be seen at http://www.putfile.com/sledgecallier but it's fairly truncated and I'm sure there plenty more good stuff out there??
