Can you tell us more about how the lines were created and how they relate together? Were they written down by one person or several? (i.e. could they overlap?) Were they separated by pauses in the message (i.e. words shouldn't be split up on 2 lines)? Is there a possibility that some bits are missing between lines?
The message I posted was all taken by me. I wrote on post-it notes, which is why what I have put here isn't in order. Yes, some words may run on to other lines ( a line is a "page" of post-it), although I tried to start a new page after each lengthy pause. There will no doubt be some gaps or missing letters. Hope that helps!
edit/ I have just realised that I haven't really been helpful at all; a morse message would be challenging enough, but a morse message that is scrambled and has gaps? Sorry, I have been quite rubbish. Hopefully someone else will post something more coherent...

possible words: Not / Set (at/at/et) / Tate / Must / The (or Theo) / Lie (or Lier) / etc
Ink / Us
Any / us / see
Is it definitley decoded properly? If not, it'd be worth looking into comparing notes to get a full transcript.
if so, then maybe the words are mixed up?
Descrambling, you could get:
Theo Lier Must Not See us etc...

Also, ninja_granny wrote down the message 5 times and decoded it on the way home. All he got that was consistent was the name 'susie' which appeared in all 5 attempts with everything else gobbledygooch. Don't know if it helps at all

Hmm... not good.
I think everyone should post up their transcripts and we'll have to use the letters that appear most, adapting them if we need to.

I'd also like to express my gratitude to Mind Candy for such an excellent day!! I don't think I've had as much fun in ages, and for me the highlight of the day was definitely the conga in Trafalgar Square.
My team was the NorfolkFour, which I was lucky enough to be randomly placed into along with one other. As we didn't know each other before the event, we were pretty pleased with our placing of 13th, but we also ran out of time. Damn National Gallery trail !!!!!!!!
Thanks also to Ryandrew, who allowed us to purchase him for a £1, and came and "actively spectated" with us.
I'd really love to see the definitive answers to the questions, just so I can stop torturing myself (another trip to the National Gallery....).
I also managed to increase my card collection after a member of my team GAVE me all their repeats. Thanks to that I now have a respectable collection. And I have a lovely bag, t-shirt and mug too, as well as my first Leitmark (I think I have finally got over the pain of missing out on the 333 parcels and leitmarks).
I did pop along to the pub for a quick drink, but I didn't stay long as I met up with an old friend of mine while I was in London. I was the knackered one in denim by the bar, kinda eavesdropping on everyone else because I didn't know anyone.
Definitely the best day out I've had in a long long time!!!

I'll never get over missing out on all these cool things. I'll just have to get my army of hampsters (arriving tomorrow along with my starter pack) to murder people who own/steal/make me the stuff.
I'd love the bag 'cuz i kinda collect them, and I want the leitmarks to attatch to the bag.
It sucks that I currently only have the possibility of getting 5 leitmarks, missing out on the 333 one and ones awarded at the live events.
I'm gonna cry...

A really great day, It was fantastic to meet everyone and put faces to names etc. I'm sorry I missed the pub, I had to get a train home....
I took a 4min recording of the right-hand bridge (away from HoP) while we were on the London eye, there are occasions where a gap is not obvious, or the length of the flash is not clear etc.
This is what I think I've got:
It starts part-way through the message, but def. ends at the end (big gap)
.-/..-/-../-.-./.-./../-./-/.-.-/../..-/-/---/..-/.--/--/..-/../-./
which I thinks says:
.....AUD CRINT_IUT OUR MUIN
perfect sense!!!
Hope someone can piece it all together

"A U D C R I N T I U T O U W M U I N"
EDIT: could almost be "and (aud) see (c) our (r) intuition (intiutou)...)
Sounds like a very 'mommy, mommy, come see what I did!' message. third power, maybe?

Sorry to break into all this morse code, but has anyone else noticed that the text is now gone from the event leaderboard page?

It gets the results from a PHP script and so they must have taken the database it goes into down so it won't find or display anything. Well, something like that anyway, LOL.
