Hardly Perplex City standard, is it? The address it was sent from would help, and I'd suggest that if it's not from an IG domain then that confirms it's an merely another eyebleeding sore on the face of humanity.

I'm starting to go with the spam as well, I've tried a couple of stegs on the image and not got anything.
