I think you've figured out the point he was trying to make.

Hi guys!
This is my first post on these forums after i started playing this game just over a week ago.
I want to help with messing up the Police Dept tonight but i have no idea what to do.
Can anyone detail an exact plan, and basically let me know what i can do to help please?
Cheers,
cruse4.

Well check Kurts new thread, just popped up, takes you to the site, which we can email with!
Then just make up crimes!
I noticed it has a red, blue mapping to show how busy they are

Might I propose that we inform the police that we have witnessed Alan Mascovicz running into the forest to the south east of newguard ruins, (big, bottom right of our map). It is near Caldera where he was last seen, he commited violent crimes typical of Mobius Area which is right near to the forest, and it would be very difficult to confirm it as a hoax. (It is hard to monitor in the forest, especially once it is dark). We may have them send out a search party!

even better. so we mail til we drop,or phone til we drop? Do we just make up randoms or are we stil gonna stick to sightings etc? or now we have that map thing up and can monitor comms, i assume we just need to get all the areas into the red for them to activate the volunteer services? Im sittin here lookin at the map thingy now, can we interact with it at all at the moment?

Click one of the names of the districts on the right of the map to have that area highlighted.

Yup, people in the office looked at me like I was mental....especially as the call ended with me saying 'I'm always careful with hairy men'.
