Dear Sunny,

I'm guessing this is the disc Wes Keeler found. Mr. Keeler and I have never been exactly friends but his continued absence is troubling. He's been known to go off from time to time on his paranormal investigations but he's never before been gone for such a long time. I do hope nothing violent has happened to him. If the deadeyes are attracted to it, does that mean it has some kind of aura of belief about it? I am, of course, basing this idea on what you've previously told me about them. Looking at the image you provided, all I can say about it is that it appears to be some kind of primitive artifact. By that I mean, the symbols seem rather crudely done as tho by some aboriginal artisan. Without actually seeing it, I can't really determine its antiquity. And, from what you say, I clearly wouldn't want to hold it in my hand. The main element is a Faery Star, isn't it? As to the meaning of the other symbols, I'm sure your guess is as good as mine. I see what looks like a sun, a tree, a water droplet?, a hand, a kind of door or window, perhaps... the next two symbols and the one in the middle, I have no idea what they might be. Hmmm... you have given me something to think about; I'll let you know if I find out anything else about it.
