My fraternity pledge pin had the same backing as the leitmarks. We used to use a piece of pencil eraser to hold it on securely. It also helps to keep it pointed upright.
Just got my starter kit leitmark today, so I'll start wearing it and see if it causes any conversations. (not likely since I'm in Chicago)

I got a lot of people around my uni (Aberystwyth) asking me about the 'Lost' one - again, mainly asking if it was to do with the TV programme... Started wearing my orange one and nobody says a thing
Haven't seen any others yet though... still looking!
Mine seem fairly sturdy though - they've been out for a few beers with me and survived the night in a better condition than I was

I've had a few people ask in school, but most times I don't have enough time to explain PXC to them. It's unfortunate, because I want some people I can talk to in real time. It's fun to discuss spec with people

I've started wearing my Lost Leitmark, but no comments from anyone I don't know as of yet.
On the other hand, it's sparked interest with the gamers at Safe Haven Games. Gotta start somewhere!
Can't wait to get my red & orange ones in the mail! (may take a while to send to California, though...)
I may even start carrying a couple of my extra cards around, for easier explanation.

No no, I think he actually meant 'pin a celebrity on a leitmark'. This is Chris here, after all...

Whats the prize? And what class of celebrity are we talking here? A List or is Z-List acceptable?

Jeb must of reached Q-List by now... so it's not too hard.

Speakin' of leitmarks, I've recently earned the red one. Should arrive around the end of the month.
