just for all the great thinkers, im not sure this card has been solved the correct way, the train of thought that leads to the answer doesnt seem correct. Even thought there is an explanation to the solution im not sure if it was how MC planned for us to solve it.

anyone else with the answer agree?

Well I'm still none the wiser, and I've devoted more time to this card today than I really should have - Unless someone posts a dead giveaway I'm sticking to revision for the next three weeks Neutral

I also have spent an unhealthy amount of time on this today, it's now over to Dr Who and dinner decisions none the wiser. Confused

I'm actually inclined to believe that it was the correct way to solve it. I'll spoilerise the next bit as it is a hint, but...

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
DonStobbart solved a particularly troublesome card from the first wave by doing something similar, so its not unheard of

The method makes perfect sense to me, and is what finally got me a correct solve. One thing to be careful with... I think MC is a little too picky how they want some of their answers entered. Confused

I remember that aswel Jakeo

Im surprised on the wave 3 silvers in general none of them have been overly difficult once we know the answers and are looking back on them!!

If it was the correct way to solve it i think it was looking back on it.

The scribes are messing with our minds with this Wave Laughing
Or Maybe #007 Aromarama had a secret trial or Cretin on them?

Wave 4 the last wave is there a pattern yes i think so.

Stats
Wave 1 Three cards to sove
Wave 2 All solved
Wave 3 All but one black card
Wave 4 (It may be the same as wave 1)

Thats the end of my brain dump for the evening Wink

I can see how the answer relates to the stars but cant really see how it relates to predestination to be honest. Smile

After going through the thread for the Nth time I feel as though we're looking for a location, such as the underworld (incorrect), that would generate a notable feature (monument, temple, etc.) if I have read the clues correctly
