Someone with two posts... named Black_Awakening.... posting a trail leading to "Are you ready for the Black Awakening?"... maybe I'm just being cynical, but it seems like a planted trail...

.... or I suppose he registered after getting the email?

I don't have any ideas about the text block... hm.

Hmm, I think it's a vigenere. I have a simple sub solver working on it, and its not found anything. The letter frequency rules it out being transposition. The key, if it is a vigenere, is not 'black', 'blackawakening' or 'areyoureadyfortheblackawakening'.

It came from my own email address, my own!! Shocked

i found the word "BLACK" in the block of letters....Not sure if it has anything to do with this, though... Confused

I made that email address shortly before i got the message. I got the email at exacly 6:00PM...

The block of text is a wordsearch. I found this yesterday, but then UF went down.

The words are (there could be more):

BLACK
AWAKENING
FREEWEBS

Leading me to www.freewebs.com/blackawakening

I cant see anything obvious on that site... perhaps we need to add something to the URL which fits the phone idea.

The year is 2126.

An army called "The Bloodshed" has attacked the province of New Brunswick with heavy weapons and kidnapped the prime minister; Jonathan H. Cormier. What makes this worse is that Mr. Cormier has access to crucial classified military information that must NOT fall into enemy hands. The content doesn't look that bad, but the launch could have been better. I'm hesitant to jump onto this one because of that, so I think I'll watch for a while.
