Does anyone know if thse people are related:

The mayor Pat Dobbs to the Frank Dobbs and his sister, who were members of the Moorish Science Ashram out at the old Glassworks site?

Phyllis Willingham (Hollow Needle) to J. Douglas Willingham (Borough Attorney)

My stupid spec of the day just because I don't have anything better to do...

The symbol on the Library page looks an awful lot like the maltese cross used as a symbol for the Sons of Don, who also built the new library...

Pat Dobbs is the son of the librarian, Agatha Dobbs. Unknown if she is the sister of Frank Dobbs.
