Westminster to... Earls Court?
I... don't think that's ever been done before.
Not in regulation play.

It's a solid move; not impressive, but functional; workmanlike, if you will.
It's just... I've never seen it before, legal as it is.

*whispers to self*
West... to Earl... carry the three...

Shocked
You crafty S.O.B.; I see what you're doing.
Well, I'll have none of that!

Think you'll pull off the Ram-A-Lam-A-Slam-A-Jam-A-Loop-Dee-Super-Dee-Dooper-Looper on MY watch?! Earls Court to Moorgate to Greenford to Southwood to Uxbridge to Leyton to Beckton to Ruislip to Westferry to Queensway to Mornington Crescent, my rear end! Be like falling for a four-move checkmate in Yahtzee!

No glory for you: I play the Anderson North-Face Switchflip and stick myself very comfortably in:

VAUXHALL

To which I'll respond with the Nitro-Nine Backblaster, and take us to:

PERIVALE!

Ka-BOOM, baby!

Although I appreciate the cunning strategems being plied here, I feel a more eliptical way of thinking is required...
As the Count of Monte Christo said to the Man in the Iron Mask, as he used this famous move (from the classic "Actress and the Bishop" game, that was played over a seven year period on a small island just off the east coast of Scotland):

"Traitez-moi comme une putain sale!"

I'll see your Perivale, and raise you

OVAL

You sneaky devil! I think you have forced me to invoke the Macnaughton Rules and take things off to

Barking? You must be mad!

So, in light of that, I'm forced to play the Barking Mad Backspin Slide, and trundle us off to . . .

Dollis Hill!

Muahahahahaha!

You horrid, despicable cur!

Well, it's all about over now. Last time I saw someone escape the Dollis Hill Loop was when one of the opponents passed out, thereby forfeiting.

There must be something... but it will time, intellect, concentrated manpower... maybe I can ask those 13th Labour chaps to help me with this on the side.

Confound it, I will break the Loop!
But, until then:

BERMONDSEY

Oho, the Kneazle's Knee gambit, eh?

While that does break the Dollis Hill Loop (by applying mass amounts of spin and top-heaviness to the carriages, allowing them to slingshot past Dollis Hill), it also allows me to conclude the game with the famous "Honey, I'm Home!" ploy of 1938, when it was first used by the husband-and-wife team of Chief Inspector Parker and Lady Mary Wimsey.

So, we end this match at:

Mornington Crescent

Well played, all! Shall we have another?

No no no, you miscalculated the trajectory; there needs to be two passes on the same line to break through Dollis Hill. The line only snaps after passing the Hill one last time; otherwise it slingshots around Leicester Square's gravitational orbit and winds up at Alperton. Unfortunately, Alperton, where you should have been, is illegal according to the Rockwell/Hardcross Amendment, causing a free throw over the center line to wind at Stanmore. And that's still on the Jubilee line, opening a Five-Pass Line Shift option for my turn, which lets me transfer from Waterloo, and that puts the game at:

SOUTH KENTON

A brilliant move, and exactly what my plan was to escape the loop, but your miscalculation cost you the victory you should have had.

BUT!

At South Kenton, the Triple-Double Bottleneck Overloop can take a taxi to Warwick Road, and that lets you trip the Freemont Trap, and activate the Magical Trebuchet out of regulation and put you, naturally, at MC.

So, you still win (good show), but PLEASE be more preicse when figuring out Dollis Hill escape trajectories; wrong moves like that could send you out and right back in. Confused

Hang about, let me check my calculations . . .

*Macavity ruffles through about fifty pages worth of calculations.

Mhmmm . . . that looks right . . . mhm . . . OH! Oh, I see what happened!

Somehow, I got page 5 of my raytracing equations confused with page 45 of my escape trajectory calculations. Now, using the derivative of sin(x/y) over sigma(1,3,5,7,9) . . .

*Macavity proceeds to delve into some arcane algebra and calculus while doublechecking GasparLewis's findings.

. . . And it would appear that you are indeed correct.

I really must be more careful about working on two complex projects at the same time.[/i]

Frightningly intelligent ploy there Macavity. But let's begin anew. So to start off:

WELLINGSHIRE DRIVE

I know what you're thinking. That move is illigal to start with under the reviewed Victorian Guillotein act of 1905, but fortunately the preceding clause of 1892 states that " The Victorian Guillotein act must be renewed by a resonding majority of the congresional houses after the passing of 100 years." I'm fairly sure that the vote came to a total of 32/11.

Time to bring this back from the dead, methinks.

Using The Key Maneuver, first utilized by Mr. Richard Mayhew, I move to:

Ohhhh... you f**ker. There's surely only one option after that.

The "Big Passage". Euston it is. It can only be a random play now... the game is anyone's!
