I got the message that the quest had ended at some time between 12:03 and 12:04. I'm a little irked that the answer had to be capitalized...

Well, still no confirmation email. I just tried to register again and it said the contest has ended. I guess I didn't get it. Sad

Just wanted to say thanks to everyone that was in #dvc didn't mean to dart out of there, but I couldn't possibly let them know that the reason I wasn't at work was because I was solving puzzles Wink

I really had fun solving all the da vinci puzzles and hopefully I'll get to continue the quest =)

I am surprised that u had to use capitalized letters. I didn't and still got thru'. Am assuming that if it says that u r registered then u r one of the 10K people. If it says that the quest has ended then u missed out. thats my line of thinking. maybe the emails will go out later today or tomm. anyways am a little let down that the puzzles were so easy to solve. anyways all the best for those who made it.

I didnt get any response to my inbox. I got the message saying that I have successfully registered.

According to Verin, if the quest has ended between 12:03 and 12:04, then I am out of scenario. Wish you da best. Hope any one who gets confirmation email can post over here.

All of my answers were in lowercase and I had no problems (once I spelled 'Madonna' correctly).

According to the official rules, emails confirming that you are a finalist will go out May 15th and the cryptexs are being mailed to arrive May 18th.

The quest ended when 10K entrants had successfully solved all the puzzles and then completed the registration.

So if it said that u were successfully registered then u r in. If it says that the quest ended then u were not among the early 10K correct entrants- I guess.

Anyways lets c and wait

Anyone notice Google conveniently changed the www.google.com/ig page to load some sort of hacker BS verification page today?

That alone made me not be able to access the puzzle until about 12:04 or so. Cursing

But even after watching the video and submitting the answers, I still got a registration screen.

Guess I'll have to wait...

So for those who got the message that said they succuessfully registered, what exactly did it say? When I registered, it told me to add davincicodequestSPLATsonypictures.com to my contact list so I'm sure to recieve the email. I don't recall if it said the contest was over or not, though. I would imagine that if it said to add that email to your contact, than you're in, if that's the case.

Looking through my cache trying to find a cookie for this. I did and see where it logged my IP Address, but can't pull a time out of it. Anybody know how to deconstruct this type of data?

Mine is stamped 10:02 for a last access time, but I'm pretty sure that's from my box and not Sony/Google.
