Spoiler Mod I've added a BBCode style for spoilers to the board. It works kind of like the Quote or Code tag, except the text inside the spoiler tags is displayed as red on red. To read the hidden text, you just highlight it with your mouse or hit Ctrl+A to select all the text on the page quickly. This should eliminate the need for long "spoiler space" in posts.
In the posting dialog, mouseover the "Spoiler" button for the usage syntax.
Example:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
At the end of the movie, the Titanic sinks.

This isn't a complaint, but more of an observation.
When I click on the "view posts from previous '15 minutes' or whatever time period you pick", none of the BBCode styles are shown. Therefore all the spoilers are as clear as day.
Unfortunately, I can't think of a way around it, or a suggestion to the people that post the spoilers.
The only thing I can suggest is that if using the SPOILER tags become commonplace, and you don't want to read them, you might be careful when using the "view posts from previous '15 minutes' " feature.

Space, you might want to test the spoiler mod with Mozilla.
It renders fine for me under IE6, but with Moz1.1, it's more like the anti-spoiler. I see clear text one or two font sizes larger than the body of the post.

it works great in IE 5.0 and Netscape 4./Communicator 4.5
I can't wait to try it with AOL ;-)

fwiw, it's working now. I was wondering if could be a theme thing, but that didn't pan out either.

It's also clearly visible (and larger, like was said) in the Topic Review section when making a reply.

I think I can fix that. Let me know if there are any other places it displays improperly.

Spoiler OK, so this spoiler mod is supposed to hide the text? In Mozilla (1.1), that spoiler still comes through, plain as day. However, IE5.5 has no problems with it.
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
SpaceBass still rocks, though.

Hmm, I wonder if this is a CSS rendering bug in 1.1? It works fine for me in Moz 1.01. I wonder if I can add duplicate HTML font tags to fix that.

Since the only place I can now duplicate the problem in Moz1.1 is when I'm replying to a post with spoilers, I'm chalking it up to the already reported bug.

Okay, I think I've got it fixed in the topic review box when posting a reply. Let me know if anybody still has trouble.
