[Recruitment] Looking to build a team

I have been planning this ARG for a little over a year. I've recently decided that I will be unable to complete this project in a timely fashion using only the resources (ie people) I currently have available to me, so I've decided to attempt to recruit a team from the community.
I've been a part of the Unfiction community for several years (not heavily, but I've been around). I am posting this under an alias for secrecy reasons.

What I Have:
- a complete basic storyline (sci-fi, hi-tech), with tons of room for embellishment and addons
- puzzles are (at a guess) 10% complete
- a preliminary game schedule
- a dedicated server on a phat pipe
- several domains registered, more to come
- complete PM team infrastructure, including wiki, forums, private IRC server, project management application. Any other needed resources can be added
- (limited) funding
- ideas for a few elements that have never been done in an ARG before

My ARG Vision:
- the curtain is sacred
- players have little to no direct interaction with characters
- the puzzles fit into the storyline, not the other way around (no puzzles for puzzles-sake)
- the gameplay is not so much puzzle solving as detective work
- building a player community is critical

What I Need:
- people to help get the work done (web pages, etc)
- additional creative input to make the story outstanding
- creative puzzle ideas

What I Am Looking For In Team Members:
- you can get things done

About Me:
- 33 year old professional software developer with experience managing software development projects
- have been playing ARGs since The Beast

Previous PM experience would certainly be welcome, but not required.

If you are interested in applying for the team, please do not reply in this thread for secrecy reasons. Send an introductory email to renfrewholdenSPLATgmail.com, or PM me.
