A very strange site, kind of like a giant shared favourites list you can access anywhere.
OOG but possibly useful to some people.

This site has been around on the 'net for a million years, give or take, and has nothing to do with PXC per se, except that someone at MC evidently thinks it would be a good idea for players to contribute the PXC main page over and over for extra visibility. As noted, it's a site where people share links to what they think is cool, add tags to those links, and search out what other people think is cool/useful/whatever. Definitely out of game but fun!

So yes, as accurately noted by others, this is:

a) not part of Perplex City
b) a website where you can keep a list of personal bookmarks / favourites
c) the link lets you automagically add a PXC page to your bookmarks
d) clever stuff, I'm sure you'll agree.
