On the photo/film one, I still can't find the n and the a. I haven't found anything to do with the clue 'take a rest' and I can't find anything in the one of all the books.

Just back from London, and there are ads for this website all over the Underground. Guess I'll go have a whack at the puzzles myself!

Under 30 mins for both the first puzzles. 5 tries and 25 for the keypad one. 3 tries and 23 for the cryptex.

The final wave of puzzles for this have been released. I've done three of them successfully, but the 'dice add up to 58' and 'wordsearch at the Louvre' ones are a little more difficult/time intensive.

I did the puzzles. The last cryptex is pretty hard. My first try took 24 attempts in 9 minutes.
For those having trouble with the pyramid word search, here's the names I found:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Jacques Sauniere
Leonardo Davinci
Isaac Newton
Claude Debussy
Victor Hugo
Jean Cocteau
Nicholas Flamel
I spent a lot of time on that one and there were a lot of names returned on a google search.

Well, I got it in 24 attempts in 7:30. Still not good enough to win...
Very difficult.
Edit: My 2nd try was 13 attempts in 4 min. Better, but probably still not good enough.

Wow, hard cryptex.
My first try was 15 attempts in 6 minutes 35.98 seconds.
I'm not sure if I can beat that, but I'll try!

... i don't know what you guys think about it, but i think this is whole thing is really well-done.
i got the last end of level puzzle thing in 6 tries, with a very long time, two out of the three times. i think somewhere around 4-6 minutes. it says they judge by tries and then by time, so i was trying to be careful with my guesses. i don't remember what i did for the first two end of level puzzles, but i think whoever wins all of these is going to be someone who got very lucky with what the computer gave them to start off with. i wonder how many end of level prizes there are for each one?
anyway, looking forward to the 25th...
and i really should have checked this message board before doing the word search... i spent FOREVER finding the last couple names. that was exhausting.

Apparently the bods at Eurostar DaVinci that were put in charge of running and promoting this comp have and have had all the answers all along. That would be fine if they were an honest bunch but apparently they are not,
I have been told by a friend who works at waterloo station that some of the staff got hold of some of the answers through work and they are also doing the competition even though they are not allowed to win.
Hopefully Eurostar will realise this but I imagine they could just enter as some relation or friend and manage to claim the prizes.
I have tried to get some help myself for this final Cryptex but I have been jogged on, surprise surprise. I will be well Pi55ed off if this turns out to be true but I guess we'll have to wait and see who actually wins from the UK.
