I'm going to come down with a 'no'... they'd surely have screened her to accept her on the ceretin 6 trial, she wouldn't have been allowed to take part otherwise.

Could be that her behaviour now is just linked to survival instinct. It's all gone wrong, she's got found out, she's got to get away from Kurt and Violet somehow.

Yeah, my take on it is that the BFS was just part of the cover story to explain away the absences and the visits to the drugs clinics...
