Admittedly I'm a complete newbie but there is something that is really sticking out at me. With the new numbers anagrammed to mention a PR Clue, what comes to mind is the last line of the press release. The phone number/email address on the bottom of the letter looks incredibly suspicious! The link includes the 7 digits of the phone number (leaves out the area code) and a slash, followed by the email address. Plus when I click on the email ink directly it sent the email to "McIntyre@thehansofoundation.org" instead of "Hugh.McIntyre@thehansofoundation.org". I looked and could not find this discussed anywhere. Perhaps I'm just rambling but it seems odd to me!

that sounded good to me too, especially as the PR with the clue in it has Hugh McIntyres phone number start with the numbers 8, 6 and 1.
where to sign in and using what though?
I can't imagine they've made that pdf document with an error in the email address link intentionally, although they did mess up the RSS feed I guess Confused

Ugh, that's so obvious once you read it. Way too many possibilities on that anagram. Oh well.

That solution still leaves

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
8, not 1 and 6

left over. I think that part of the phrase could refer to:

Season 2, Episode 21 Spoiler:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
the number of hatches/stations on the island. The blast door map shows 6 stations with one central item marked with a "?" (1 and 6) but in last night's episode, they travelled to the middle station, or what they thought was the middle (the "?"), and it was station 5, the Pearl.

People were talking about the cameras, hatches, blast door map, and all that over one of the Lost forums, and it made me think that maybe that's what the "8 not 1 and 6" part refers to: the number of hatches, and that there are 8 hatches, or maybe that there are 8 hatches, all part of the experiment, rather than 6 hatches that are part of the experiment and 1 central hatch observing (which is what the blast door map in the episode "Lockdown" showed?

At the very least, I think that the above translation sounds correct, which means that there's got to be a meaning for remaining part of the phrase.

Considering that the Hanso site was updated on the 8th, and forums were arguing over if it was the 1st of May or the 6th, I'd say that is what it is referring to
