Nothing happens for me. I found the code from the site, but nothing happens when I plug it into the text box.

It isn't a mistake. I found the code. The clock on the Hanso site changed into words at some point and it linked to this site:
Honestly, I can't figure out why the clock changes or what part I was on. I'm trying to retrace my steps because I don't think it was just a quirk of time of day or something. Regardless, if you follow the link, get the code, you can enter it into the box and something happens.
well THAT creeped me out x__x;; Who is the tuition register for? Mittelwerk? There's also something shaded over in red which is unreadable.

It may be that you aren't "far enough" in the Hanso site or it hasn't refreshed for you. Don't skip the intro. That seems to sometimes be the root of problems.

Actually, they're mean enough to send me to "thehansofoundation.org" instead of "www.thehansofoundation.org."
That's just a friendly reminder to go to the site which you already logged in, apparently the cookie or whatever they use to save your progress is connected to the domain, and if you used it without the "www." then the one WITH won't let you do anything.
Found it, I guess I meant to say.

Anyone figured out what was under the red and blue boxes?

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
"He Must Be Silencd" (with the spelling error)
Under the red, Im pretty damn sure it says
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
"Gary Troup".

I agree with Aya's interpretation of the obscured writing.
If anyone's interested in attempting to recreate the clock->word phenomenon that gives you the link to find the 'code': (I doubt it really needs spoilers, but I'll put 'em on just in case...)
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
It occured to me twice--once while I was at Joop's Corner, the other I was on one of the bio pages. Both times I had actually left the browser idle for a few minutes and was working on something else when a noise made me click back to the browser whereupon I discovered that the clock's digital display had changed to 'OB:EY'.

The text box appears to be doing something when you type and press enter in it; but Im not 100% sure its actually sending any information. I can't do all the codey decompile stuff that you guys do, does anyone know if its actually working?
I think that it's just a mistake in the code...it seems to be the same login box from the bottom of the page that we can't seem to make do anything...yet

I'd love to know how you found that...anyone else have that? I can't get the clock to change...but that website does work, and there is a code...

You set the time... For those of you who are waiting for :15 and :42 after the hour to see the clock turn to obey you don't have to do that. The clock is a mirror of your local system time so you can simply change the time on your computer to 12:14:40 and wait 20 seconds.
To set your system time, simply double click on the time in the lower right of your screen.

They have changed it now so that this workaround can't be used

4th whited-out area in Alvar's bio

Seeing as I have nothing amazing to add, I'll just point at that Alvar's name is actually two different shades of pink...
...Really, I had nothing to add.
Oddly, I was looking at this same frame with high contrast to study Persephone's scribbles. I was surprised to see a 4th whited-out area--under the name Alvar. And, yes, "Alvar" is clearly in a different font color when you look closely.
What's this all about?

good catch, that would explain why his name looks pink (red over whiteout). I'm pretty sure by now persephone is telling us it isnt alvar is the picture.

Hidden text on heir apparent page Has anybody noticed that both boxes are now red instead of one being red and one being blue? Has this changed what was written underneith?
