It does not spell anything that I can tell, but the length of the lines may have some meaning but I don't think it is telling us anything.
I think when they increased the contrast inorder to make the screen to print the shirt the parts of the wire just got dropped from the image.

I hope someone buys the Crown shirt soon. Trying to read the code in the pips on the crown is killing my eyes.

The 80s Purple site has the best shot of it so far. It starts "I NEED TO NEED..." and then after that I have a few letters and a bunch of blanks. Like the Flame shirt, I'm sure the answer is split over the two crowns on the front and back.

EDIT: Okay, "I NEED TO NEED ???O LET ME WANT TO WANT". What more do you want from me, shirt? Blood?

Urban Roots

Urban Roots shirt solve involves seeing where the arrows point from the inside of the shirt to outside the shirt. Solved with a little help from Shad0.

Woohoo! Very Happy

And now, a public service announcement: Courtesy of ScarpeGrosse, there is now a Flickr group where you can, ahem, "show off how adorable you look in your edoc clothes."

More solves

Apparently wojcik and EGo are too modest to post their discoveries here, so: Solves found for the Poor Edoc, Floral, and Instrumental shirts.

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
SOLO CAREER, NEVER, and KILLER, respectively. All decoded using the same methodology as the Song Bird shirt, originally solved by ScarpeGrosse.

Note that the first of these three new videos actually contains two flash movies, depending on where you click. I wonder whether any of the others do as well? I smell research!

I solved the Trust shirt!

The code is

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Love and Justice

I haven't had the opportunity to see the video yet, however, since I'm still at work. Soon enough!

Anyone get what the 'mirror behind the bar...' indicates? I clicked on it, but nothing happens.

Nothing happens for me either, and it's also not a code for another video. I also tried watching this video again, but couldn't find anything else to click, though someone else should probably try it instead of me.

i tried looking for spots to click in all the movies i could think of that have bars or mirrors in them, but found nothing. i also thought it might be a music notation reference, tried coda and repeat and the like as movie codes, and still turned up nothing...

SO CLOSE, EGO!

I just got an email via the Guide from Becka who has the Crown tshirt and has solved it:

I NEED TO NEED THIS LET ME WANT TO WANT

The movie has an Adam and Abigail discussion about the Pursuit of Happiness.

And Abigail giving Adam road head.

GO ROCK AND ROLL! I LOVE THIS GAME!

Update - Toothpaste in Brazil

The Contact Page on the Guide has come through again.

Another player sent in the tip saying "Type in Toothpaste in Brazil", and lo and behold, a new video of Arnold and George.

I don't know what item this clip came from though :/ I sent back and email and hopefully will find out soon.

I believe that would be his girlfriend, Sally, who is running poorrichardband.com (supposedly). If we go back to our Americana/American Revolution history, Sally would be Sally Hemmings, Thomas Jefferson's presumed slave girl/lover.

I don't know what Sally is to Jeff in this story yet though, or what about her makes her blackmail material. Maybe she's Jeff's parent's housekeeper who's also an illegal immigrant Razz
