Just emailed Hughie, hopefully he'll reply! :crossed fingers:

I asked about persephone, and when the voicemail will be back online.

I emailed McIntyre too. At the suggestion of one of the voicemail options on the phone line, I asked him about the "off-shore Korean project," and since they seem to be pushing us in the direction of a Hanso vs. Bad Twin disagreement, I asked him about the relevance of the recent information in that book. We'll see..

...

I had an idea and emailed it to him with no response yet.

I thought I would pretend to be what I would be like if THF were real. A campaigner! Also, since it seemed people were taking a tone as if they were interested/liked/wanted to find out more about Hanso, I thought I would take it from a different point of view:

Dear sir:

I am seriously concerned with the strong-arm techniques used by the Hanso Foundation to silence its critics. You should know that we've uncovered some very interesting documents that can only lead to the conclusion that not only is the Hanso Foundation guilty of some pretty serious ethics violations, but that they compounded the crime by 'silencing' the legitimate complaints and hiding the evidence.

Your latest attempt to silence a voice of criticism, your adverts against the late Gary Troup, are deplorable and in bad taste. You're so dead set on disproving him that you've caused his book sales to rise. The truth will come out. If only he were alive to see it. You wouldn't know anything about that, would you?

This company disgusts me. You're being watched. You can't get away with murder anymore. Alvar Hanso is going down.

What do you have to say for yourself?

Signed,

xxxx xxxx, a concerned citizen

trillian, that's an innovative approach to this - I wrote as a graduate student conducting research. Won't give specifics on what I asked, we'll see what kind of reply (if any) I receive.

Has anyone tried the workshy scientist/lab assistant trying to re-request a manual (someone mentioned something about referring to a manual in the phone-system), since they lost their last copy and obviously their first email must have been ignored or lost?

I asked in my email if he had any information on the website hacker, and I also told him of various 'breaches' on the bios pages.

Its been five hours, I haven't gotten an email either. I asked him about the VIT Insitute, and let him know the more info box thing on the page wasn't working.

Perhaps try veiled yet pointed questions...

End of Season 2 Spoiler in here...

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
...about the map!
Jeff Jensen at EW did a nice piece on it here... http://www.ew.com/ew/article/commentary/0,6115,1178388_3_0_,00.html

A fan took that and made this... http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v301/kimsphotos/lost/243bfbf3.jpg

From this we can form questions such as...

What is The Hanso Foundation's stance on the ethical treatment of "Swans"?

or

Would you care to discuss "a question mark" I have about John Steinbeck's The Pearl rather than the work of Gary Troup?

etc.

Of course, it's just a suggestion Cool

I guess it's gonna take a while for Hugh to reply, as he'll probably have a backlog of emails since his email address was first announced. I guess if we sent an email today, we'll expect a reply, if any, in a few days.
