 		Hey,

I tried to find the Neighborhood on my Nexus today and it's not in the Public links, so I assume it has already been taken off?

And I finally got around to adding all of you to my Buddy List. Hurray for procrastination!

 		Hmm, I signed up for GameTap so I could play Sam and Max, but sine I have to reboot my computer to play, I don't. Not even Sam and Max. Lets see if added incentive fixes this. . .

I had some luck today, and made the Unfiction-ARGN 'hood public. I even saw it in the public links! Let's see how long that lasts. The hotspot for "make private" is the whole button area where the words "Make Public" appear -- the only active hotspot to "make public" seems to be the left side of the letter M in the word "Make". (I should report this find to a Restoration Engineer, as it seems to be consistent and repeatable.)

(Saturday/Sunday update)
Whenever someone begins a new game avatar, they are randomly assigned a 'hood. It seems that every time I make our Unfiction-ARGN 'hood public, it is immediately assigned a new player. Within minutes of that, the 'hood is reset to private. If you ever do get in, you'll probably notice several strangers' names on the list. They will eventually see our welcome screen on the imager, but they still may not understand the out-of-cavern nature of our group. I'm probably going to stop making the 'hood public for a while.

If you scroll up, you'll see that I already created the 'hood called "Unfiction-ARGN" and have repeatedly tried making it public. There is a snag in the Nexus which can display only 50 'hoods at a time, and ours is rarely visible in the list, but it *is* public.

Also, anyone can join a public 'hood at anytime, without invitation. Just delete your neighborhood book from your Relto shelf, then go to the Nexus and find the new 'hood you wish to join. Just link to it when you have no assigned 'hood book, and it will automatically make you a member. To join a private 'hood, you need an invitation.

The beginning of this thread mentioned the Until Uru project, with its d'mala shard. Well, the time has come for that free access to disappear.

My access to Gametap runs out on the 15th, so I won't be able to quest with you guys anymore (though, I never actually saw any of you in there with the exception of catherwood on one occasion, and not for very long. Smile) I'm thinking of subscribing again, but not for a bit because I have a bunch of stuff on my plate right now and URU is near the bottom of that list.

So, Shorah for the last time. Wink

 		Aw, I hope you come back. There's some neat stuff happening now with the Great Zero and those sparkly things and stuff. Smile

no freakin' way! That's the day Cyan declares the game to be going LIVE as in no longer Beta! Will you at least be in Cavern for the launch party? Play until you wring every last farthing out of that access!

(i rarely get access to my own computer until after 10pm when the teenager goes to bed, and that's my change to catch up with message boards. I can't spend much time at all on GameTap until the weekend, but I'll make an exception thursday night.)

 		For those who are curious, there are a few smaller new ages to play in, with interesting Bahro influences and items.

More sparklies. More story. A player was recently asked by the DRC to come help with one age, and still more have been sought out and/or mentioned in written materials in the game.

The story is progressing, but also influenced by us. It's pretty dynamic.

 		New Episode
Just wanted to let you know that a new episode is about to be released on Saturday May 19th. Apparently this is the first of the regularly scheduled new content that will be appearing in the game from now on. If you haven't visited the cavern in a while this weekend would be a good time to come on back.

Also on a side note...I'm still interested in becoming a member of the Unfiction-ARGN neighborhood as long as there is a Great Zero link in the Nexus already (if not I'll have to wait until there is before I join). If any of you current members see me please give me a shout out so we can meet somewhere. In case you are not aware, there have been a couple of ages that require teamwork to solve, and I thought solving them with my fellow ARGers would be a blast.

So hope to see some of you in the cavern soon.
