'Bustard Squad' should also be fifth on the league which includes everyone who's doing this (from all the different individual leagues). If they manage to get up to third they'll win £250!
However for some reason they aren't there....I'll investigate.
I don't follow. I thought Bustard Squad were in about 2, 500th place in the overall league - top is on 62 points (but has probably had all players play so far). Are you in a public league as well as the Unfiction one you set up?

That's a very fine point. I mean to say, he was fifth on Saturday...but is now in a rubbish position, like the rest of us, without any hope of winning any money.

I'm in a league at work too (I may have mentioned it ) and my mate insisted on placing good old *yacks* Christiano Ronaldo as his kapitan. Read the stats.... LOL. 59th minute? No points for old sweaty Christy peeps!! But his replacement gets 2 points for playing the next 31 minutes. Ha ha.
Madness this fantasy business. Sheer loony tunes I tell ya!
..just sayin' that's all.

Australia are going to get a few players sent off against Brazil. They're necver going to be able to handle them.
Decent result though, good game. Three goals in seven mins.

Heh - I've just set my transfers and took Ronaldo on for the next round
Gotta admit though - this is the first breach of my own rule - no players that I've ever heard of.. Ahh well - can't accuse me of not being over-competitive!

USA will get stuffed later on today. Bad luck.
*sighs* Okay, I'm here to take my licks. That was quite possibly the worst game I have seen the US play since France 98 (if we keep this up, we'll have the same result as France 98 too). Uninspired, sloppy, and unemotional soccer. To make matters worse, we apparently managed to knock Koller out ... so his threat goes away for Ghana and Italy.
As for Keller, I'm not sure I blame him for the goals as much as the complete mental breakdowns of the defense. BTW, I did mention you should have avoided Bocanegra (didn't even play) and McBride (was pretty worthless). Only player out there who looked like he cared was Johnson and he came as a sub.
Arena's going to have tear some heads off if he wants to have even the most remote chance of failing-to-lose-or-draw with Italy (I try to avoid saying the "W" word ... superstition from American football). That and benching a lot of players who started today, like Eddie Pope and DaMarcus Beasley (he's lightning quick, but was scared to take on any player?!).
*is now rooting heavily for Ghana to get the draw in 45 mins*
Apparently, today is not my day ...

I transferred Rosincky (sic) into my team two days ago. I'm now a bit worried it won't go through until the 14th...darn.

Get in the Seabadgers! Sitting comfortably just behind the leaders with all my strikers to play yet. Come on Badbarry, keep the side up.
This thing looks like it needs to be more closely monitored than PXC. Ah well, I'd already got this month slated as a work free zone.

I think you're optimistic. I want 49 page thread for 7.0 million.
Bah. Down from 4th to 17th. How can Australia score three goals without Harry "only channel" Kewell being involved? Bloody supersubs.
