Well it looks like 10 minutes after i posted on the Guest book on that website. the guest book was taken down.

this is definitely an advertisement for something. a " hype Generator".

but i did get an Email.

Its definatly a game, but Im not sure its an ARG. Mysterious Game != ARG.

It may be an ARG, though.

Maybe something on a smaller scale. sense the bill boards are only here in the Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Cheseapeke area of Virginia.

this is the first time i have ever seen something like this in the area.

the guest book is still down for me for some reason.

In case anyone cares, It turned out (like 2 weeks ago) to be a hype generator for a local radio station (and a pretty good one at that)
