 		[OOG][TV SPOILERS] Heighroglyphics
lost season 2 finale spoilers as far as i can tell. -colin

Alright, you know what comes up after the numbers run out, one picture is anubis, I believe.

And then the statue, they made a point of it having 4 toes.

Tutankhamun's Anubis, like so many others, bears many features characteristic of a dog: long muzzle, eyes with round pupils, five-toed forefeet and four-toed hind feet.

Rip me to pieces if this has already been found, but I don't see it anywhere.

The hieroglyphics showed up in the program several episodes ago. Two Egyptologist solved it on the fan site I read. It says "DEATH!" in the declarative voice.

Haha, DEATH! That makes sense after seeing what happens.

What I'm saying is that one of the individual heiroglyphics has a character that is a picture of Anubis.

If the island history dates back so far to a time when they used heiroglyphics, a large statue of anubis would make sense... I'm hoping that they will reveal more about it next year, seeing that Sayid seemed interested in it.
