Don't add 50, think of it as...uhh...percents (in other worlds, use multiplication, not addition). Its a rate that it goes up by, not a specific number each day.

 		2 new quests, plus an invite to create and submit quests!

ONe of them uses a popular trick from various ARGs

But i've met no success on either...(abandonemnt neither). Oh well Smile

 		Hi

I'm been looking on these forums for help on some of the quests recently.

I have no idea about Apparition, I tried Brama but it didn't work, I really just don't know.

My thoughts on Abandonment are, do the freedom-challenged travellers have to be human? What about fish in a pond?
I've tried Museum and Zoo already.

 		Hello, I'm also stuck and have come here in an attempt to better myself! I don't know what's going on but I don't think I've got enough logic in my head for most of these puzzles! I'm currently stuck on "Pyramid"...my logic is far from complete on that one, I don't think I've got a chance even though I've used all the clues, so any help (or spoilers) would be welcomed gratefully! I'm also stuck on "Apparition"...I don't think that my skills are all here today Smile Help again would be most welcome.

 		Basically, I used excel for Pyramid because it does lots of similar calculations for you. Quite a big spoiler here.

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Basically, the growth rate is constant, and on day one it is 100 and on day 2 it is 150. That has had to be timesed by 1.5 to get to 150. Then, we want day 3, which will be 1.5 of 150. Day 4 is 1.5 of that and day 5 is 1.5 of that. The question wants the day where it goes above 1,000,000.


For Apparition, I haven't done it yet but here are the clues:

Clue 1: The ancient ancestor of Hinuism was the Vedic religion.

Clue 2: The native word or its meanings will do.

Clue 3: Its where heaven was often thought to be.

 		No, I still can't get my head around it, I think I'm just gonna have to admit defeat. No matter what I do I come up with a different answer every time and none of them are correct!

For Apparition I looked at the clues and tried a few answers but they were wrong as well, I think I left my research skills behind at work, and believe it or not I'm actually a graduate researcher at a university! So I am well behind the times!

For Abandonment I tried "hospital" because it made partial sense based on the clues given, although I've got no idea how I managed to get that now, just some tedious trail as a band called "The Klinik" sand a song called "End Of The Line", and if you were bitten by a scorpian you'd have to go to the hospital...however, it was to no prevail. So moral of the story: it's not hospital.

 		Abandonment has fallen, the clues proved to be too useful... I still don't know it, but here are the clues:

Clue 1: If the first line looks cryptic, it is.
Clue 2: The travellers have given way to scorpions

 		Still can't work out abandonment and appirition but...

June 8, 2006

The temptation to get extra hints proved too much, with the Super-Difficult Abandonment quest falling minutes after its clues were available (but curiously from people who didn't request the clues themselves: sneaky!)

Congratulations to Plectrum for judicious forum-lurking and speedy brain-power.

There have been 16 zombies to successfully complete this quest. (abandonment)

8-0, how?

Clue 2: We don't know which Bob was infected, that's crucial.

Clue 3: Work out all the possible combinations of infection.

I don't know how Zhahen did it, but I examined the very basic possibilities of any person that you know of, but haven't heard from in a long time becoming a zombie.

 		I've been out of town and just ran across this today! YAY!!!!

Anyway, I'm completely stuck on Fangs For Nothing. I saw the post earlier that said that wiki is your friend, and you need to find the story that they're referring to. I've tried every possible combo that I can think of and am coming up with nothing.... anyone wanna help an AngryBanana out? Embarassed
